12. Why do you have required staff for my event?

We have the highest quality service staff in Cleveland. Our staff is meticulously trained and lead by our event planning team as well as our senior service members known as Captains. Your service staff is determined by your Event Planner and is based on a couple of things: setup requirements, dinner service style, number of guests and selected menu items. We also require chefs to be onsite to prepare and make your food beautiful and delicious.

Q&A

13. Can you help me with dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! That’s one of the best parts of being a custom caterer! We can design a menu to accommodate any special dietary restrictions from gluten-free to vegan and more. Be sure to let your Event Planner know of these restrictions during the initial planning stages of the event.

Q&A

14. What does being a custom caterer mean?

We get this question a lot! It means different things to different companies, but for Marigold, this means that we can adjust, modify and create any menu items that you want! We do everything from changing portion sizes to full custom menus for clients.
